Children: Minors must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety! Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. Vehicle, bike or scooter riding on trails after dark should be done only on an as needed basis.

We support the efforts of Leave No Trace camping and encourage visitors to “pack it in; pack it out”. We will, however, allow for disposal of one small trash bag. Any additional bags will be considered if space allows, but there will be a $5 charge per bag.

Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits and must not be left unattended.

Fireworks and Firearms are strictly prohibited. Hunting/poaching is also forbidden.

Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately! Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool, hot tub or playground areas (prohibited due to health codes). Maximum of 3 Pets allowed. INJURY OR DEATH TO ANY OF OUR LIVESTOCK WILL RESULT IN A $3,000 FINE.

Please notify us within 48hrs of your scheduled stay if you wish to cancel and expect a refund. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to acts of mother nature.
